PBA SHOW FRIDAY FEB 26 CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW STORM... However, the five bouts that were NJLBC Tournament events must be contested. Tentative arrangements are being made to meet at Plainfield 5-Star Gym Saturday Feb 27th at 6PM. WE NEED A DOCTOR - USA Boxing regulations require that an MD or DO (Doctor of Ostaeopathy) can become registered (no fee) and be a ringside physician at a show. Anyone who knows a doctor that would be willing to help us out for these five matches would be greatly appreciated. Call Henry Hascup at 973-471-2458 or Rich Perez at 732-742-1518. Once a doctor is confirmed, we can call the boxers and coaches to come to Plainfield.

Recruiting doctors or physicians to add to our LBC "pool" is always a plus for us.We only have three active doctors right now - we could use a few more so emergencies such as this can be dealt with promptly.

The makeup date for the PBA show is tentatively April 3. For that show the NJLBC would be looking to match Junior Boxers - Open preferred, so those kids can stay active and get needed experience. More details will be announced soon.
